Notice of Infringement
If you believe content on Syncora infringes your copyright, send a written notice to dmca@syncora.app including: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing material with URL, your contact info, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate, and your physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with the same elements. We will restore content if the original complainant does not file a lawsuit within 10 business days.
Repeat Infringers
Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
